Fluid Sealing Products manufactures standard and specialty fasteners in accordance with ASME, ASTM, IFI, or customer specifications and drawings. We maintain a large inventory of raw stock in a wide array of materials to meet your requirements and delivery schedule.
Since 1994 we have been providing quality products through 4�?diameters. Our capabilities include custom threading of Double End, Tap End, and Custom Studs. Special configurations are easily manufactured on our equipment by certified machinists. All thread studs with any thread pitch no matter the size, material, or production run are available. Hex Head, Socket Head, Jack Bolts, Allen Head Socket, Pipe Plugs, as well as U-Bolts are included in our product line.
Our nut tapping equipment allows us to oversize nuts for coating and plating. This process will allow accurate fit of the nut to the fastener without sacrificing the integrity of the material. Keeping the nuts within the allowable tolerances of the specification is top priority. Nuts are also tapped and drilled for bolt tensioning systems commonly used in subsea applications.
There are a wide variety of styles and materials for nuts and washers available. A large inventory of finished and assembled plain, plated, and coated B7 stud bolts are maintained on the shelf for immediate delivery.
