Flange Bands

The flange band is designed for protection of gaskets and studs from atmospheric corrosion encountered in chemical plants, refineries, gas plants, offshore platforms, oil fields, paper mills and underground pipelines.

The band contains the following:

• 316ss band lined with expanded PTFE – for chemical resistance and dielectric strength to 400 degrees F
• All stainless worm gear drive to tighten band around the flange.
• All stainless grease fitting to insert corrosion inhibitor type grease.
• Positive loading relief vent and inspection plug
